After a year of construction, Fourleaf Estate welcomed its first homeowners on Thursday 8 September.
Julius and Desiree Roux bought their new home and was welcomed at the estate by the Development team. “It appealed to us from the start. We wanted to downscale and this estate offers us the security that we were looking for as well as a park where our grandchildren can play”, says Desiree. The couple is excited to decorate their new home and to create their new garden. The estate will welcome more families in the coming weeks.
According to development manager Pieter Du Toit there is nothing like meeting the people calling the estate home. “Building, planning and dreaming about this development is one thing, but seeing the faces of the people owning these homes makes it a reality to all of us. Welcoming the Roux family as the first Fourleaf homeowners was indeed a highlight to our team,” says Du Toit.
Fourleaf Estate has homes to buy or rent available. Homes are selling from R525 000. Those interested can contact 071 476 4953 or visit www.fourleafestate.co.za. Phase 1 is currently available for occupation.
